SPORTS MASSAGE

Our one-hour Full Body Recovery massage is specifically designed for desk workers who spend long hours sitting and often suffer from muscle tension, stiffness, and discomfort. This massage aims to relieve stress, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being by targeting key areas affected by prolonged desk work

A 45 minute Targeted Release Massage. This treatment is aimed at solving joint and muscular issues. Will include deep tissue massage, trigger point treatment and resistant stretching.

This expert led guided 30 minute stretch session is for you! The stretch session will take you through a series of seated and standing stretches to target specific stiff and achy areas you have. With the use of resistance from expert trainer Shelley, straps and weights the session will relieve your joints of any aches or pains and more mobile than ever!

Online

Our one-hour online personal training sessions are tailored to correct movement patterns and enhance functional fitness. These sessions focus on identifying and remedying faulty movement patterns, improving body mechanics, and strengthening the muscles necessary for optimal movement. Ideal for individuals looking to improve their movement efficiency, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance overall physical performance.

Terms and conditions

Lets get started……

Prior to your session you will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness –Questionnaire (PAR-Q) AND informed consent form, this will be sent to you for completion on or prior to your first session. Your sessions will all take place at The Body Box Studio in Lewes. During your first session assessments may take place subject to capabilities and preferences. After the assessment (if applicable), a fitness programme will be devised based on your goals. It is important to inform me if you are experiencing any of the following to provide a safe and an effective session:

-lack of sleep -excessively fatigue -suffering from a heavy cold/taking medication -any concerns about exercising.

Cancellation: A minimum of 12 hour notice is required for all Personal Training sessions. If unable to do so you will be charged in full or the session will be deducted from the block booking (if applicable). Once sessions are booked no refunds will be available. Sessions are to be continuous (if applicable) and no longer than 3 weeks gap in-between. It is the trainers discretion to follow out the session if the client is unfit to train or the trainer feels uncomfortable to do so.

A months notice is required to cancel subscriptions.
